This show of force by the DC Metro Capitol PD was nothing more than that. It was done in front of parents and children specifically to instill fear of what could happen to them should they disobey. That force is now used to intimidate, harass, and stop children from partaking in free enterprise. Not only that but the female officer on more than one occasion attempted to stop the documentation of the behavior of the police.
