SSCC #273–Louisburg

A Franklin County grand jury has indicted former Sheriff Pat Green on two counts of embezzlement, authorities said Tuesday.

Maybe it was just a misunderstanding?

Green is accused of taking $221,543 from the sheriff’s office between Nov. 20, 2007, and Jan. 30, 2011, according to the indictments. Of that money, $203,300 was earmarked for undercover drug buys. He is accused of taking the rest from the sheriff’s evidence room.

Yet another example of the war on nouns.  Tell me why do you need to earmark a quarter million for drug buys.  Why not just recover the cash after arresting the dealer?  Is this some sort of Fast and Furious type system where you attempt to track the money and don’t?  Is it because it’s not your money you don’t care about recovering it?  Seriously WTF!?

State Sponsored Criminal Count 274: Pat Green

Because how member of the state really see the war on nouns is nothing but a blank check with their name on it.
