Usually I’m More Function Over Form…

I don’t really like rifles that will just live on a wall and look pretty.  It’s a tool.  Period dot.

I did however see a rifle I want on my wall oh so badly.

EagleHenry

Seriously.  I think I might be getting myself one for Christmas if I have the cash.

For The Old Video Game Junkies Like Me

I grew up playing Super Mario so this is honestly just AWESOME!

Seriously, how awesome is that!?

I have to say this would be exhilarating…

That’s A Man’s Corner【HD】SpecTTacular . . 320kph/200mph ‘Isle of Man’ TT from Locck9 on Vimeo.

I always find it interesting watching people push to the very edge of the limits.  Some master it, some pay the price, either way it is down right impressive.

That locked door…

It’s protection works both ways.

As I’ve said numerous times in debates, if don’t want me to shoot you, the solution is simple, don’t bring violence or harm to me and mine.

That locked door doesn’t just merely exist for my safety but yours.  Enter it without my permission at your own damn risk.  There is a monster that lives within these walls and you might just let him out of his cage.

I do have another post I need to do since we’re on the topic of Gunny.  Maybe I’ll get to that today since I’m stuck at home. More on that later.

h/t Joe.

This has awesome written all over it…

So here’s something fun and distracting besides all the normal depressing stuff going on right now.

And here’s part 2:

Why Did I choose Engineering?

Because of things like this:

There’s a serious personal reward to projects like that.  I do love how there’s even a trigger mode.

My wife just sat staring in astonishment.  Her dad has a prosthetic from an industrial accident.  While he doesn’t have smart limb, he does have a quite high tech limb that flexes and moves naturally.  Most people don’t even realize he has one unless he’s wearing shorts.

10 years ago, this type of stuff was still fantasy for the most part.  The amount of processing and input gathering required limited the ability to create something usable.  Moore’s law is a freaking awesome thing.

ESS and Boomershoot – Part V

Previously on Masterpiece Theater:

For some extra humor, the blue canopy in the back ground is a couple of guys right next to the ESS crew that were shooting without eye-wear.  They even refused to try the stuff ESS had.  Yes, when I was told that story, I’m reasonably this was my reaction.

I chatted with Ari a bunch while at Boomershoot, awesome guy.  As I’ve said before, I highly recommend the Cross Series of products.  Just to show how much I like them, the FTC can suck an egg, I was paid nothing for saying any of this.  I got a free pair, no strings attached, but it wasn’t even really with a review in mind.

Another Awesome Assassin’s Creed Video…

Seriously I think I know how I’m going to spend some of my free time this winter.

As I said before, who doesn’t want to punch a Red Coat in the face with a tomahawk.
