War On Nouns

SSCC #328 - Nashville
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Thu, 05/10/2012 - 09:35I'm willing to bet dollars to doughnuts that money also is already working it's way out of the evidence lockup. As there is no crime tied to the "evidence" there is no reason for it to be retained in inventory.
This is an officer being a dick because he can. The man committed no crime and he had his property confiscated for it. Why not make people prove they're not utilizing their car for illegitimate purposes. I have no duty to provide you a withdrawal slip from my bank without a warrant. Hell I have a box at home I toss spare cash and change in. Over time that's going to grow into a larger value of cash. Fuck banks, they did nothing but tack on fee after fee while I was with them. I've since gone to credit unions but I still don't trust them.
Why am I being forced by an officer of the law to engage in commerce? My response to that dick, "Fuck you I don't have to." May you and your boss end up in prison for deprivation of property without cause under color of law. My only hope is that you're found by someone you put in prison and your transgressions paid for.
State Sponsored Criminal Count #328: Officer John Doe
Because an officer of the law is judge and jury rolled in to one and is free to confiscate property as he sees fit without regard to due process and the law.

SSCC #320–DEA
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Wed, 05/02/2012 - 18:36Five days, maybe they had a good reason?
Nope, it’s that none of the officers cared to do their job. When he screamed for help they ignored him. Of course the statement of how this individual is going to correct the situation is classic jazz hands.
State Sponsored Criminal Count 320: DEA
Because officers of the law can forget about citizens and abuse them all they like. To the point of near death, it’s all good for the “war on nouns” right?

SSCC #314-#317 - TSA
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Thu, 04/26/2012 - 07:00The real reason for the war on nouns is to allow our fearless leaders "who know best" to create their own little enterprises in the illicit trades they create.
I'm sure there was actually probably more involved, at least in the form of greased wheels. I am by no means shocked or surprised by this. At this point I don't think that disbanding the TSA will be enough. I'm starting to want someone's head on a pike.
State Sponsored Criminal Count 314: Naral Richardson
315: John Whitfield
316: Joy White
317: Capeline McKinney
Because being a TSA agent means you can abuse the law abiding while getting pay offs to look the other way when criminals walk by.

This is Why you Don't Call the Police
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Wed, 04/04/2012 - 11:20A woman was given $12,000 as a tip. The waitress ran out and the woman who left the tip told her to keep the money I'm not sure why she would involve the police. My suspicion is because that's what we've always been told to do. What is unsurprising is the police departments reaction.
Officers told the woman to wait 90 days in case someone claimed the money. The Forum reports that after three months, police told the woman the cash was being held as drug money.
See, the officers don't want to loose that money. Honestly they probably already spent it on hookers and blow. Then again they can just get the blow from the lock up, so just hookers then.
Ultimately this is yet another example of why you don't involve the government and police anymore than necessary. They are more than willing to take property that is not their just because they can. They take it and keep it using any excuse that fits their fancy, more often than not it's drugs.
I don't like drugs, I wouldn't do drugs even if they're legal. That said they should be legal for no other reason than I'm sick of people trampling my rights, freedom, and liberty because someone wants to do something in the privacy of their own home. Let's cut the BS about accidents, DUI is already illegal, and as harsh as I sound an overdose is just Darwin doing some spring weeding in the gene pool. The "War on Nouns" is nothing more than an excuse to violate the rights of people for victimless crimes. If someone wants to destroy themselves that's their business.
Look at the CATO map which is nothing more than a graphic display of the innocents who are casualties in this "War on Nouns". Remember, when someone talks about outlawing drugs they're either trying to secure their cash flow or they want to further the police state.

Quote of the Day–Joe Huffman(03/27/2012)
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Tue, 03/27/2012 - 20:07As long as people carrying books or guns into their home worry about the police breaking down their doors in the early morning hours we have more work to do.
Joe Huffman – Climbing the Clock Tower stairs with my rifles
March 25, 2012
[Sadly as great as things have gotten lately Joe nailed this problem right on the head. Many of us still live in fear of the state randomly deciding they don’t like us anymore for one reason or another. Some would call us paranoid.
The problem there though is if you have been paying attention you realize yes we should be concerned. All it takes is some scared sheep calling the police to get a no knock or guns blazing visit from some officer he wants to get his rocks off. You and I both know how that can and will probably end. Even in the best circumstances they’ll show up and take your property without cause or warrant and refuse to return it.
I grew up in the 90s and I understood there was some fear then. What I have noticed though, strongly over the past 5 or 6 years my fear level has been steadily rising. As much as gunnies are “coming out of the closet” we are hearing more and more of the no knock and innocent people being killed. Back in the 90s you just worried about the state. Now you have to worry about some puritan calling to complain about your choice of hobbies and how the inanimate objects scare them. That’s what has changed. Our neighbors have bought hook line and sinker in to 1800-Dial-A-Nazi in the “War on Terrorism”
We still have a long way to go. Until police stop treating every gun owner as a second class citizen because of that puritan we are going to have to continue to fight. It’s a two front battle though, we must first get people to stop having an irrational fear of inanimate objects. Secondly we need to get the officers who behave in such a manner to realize we are an asset, not a hindrance.
My local sheriff looks at the wife and I as an asset that can help him if necessary should the need require. He knows us and he knows there is nothing to fear from us. It is not gun owners who have perpetuated this us versus them mentality and sadly I’m not sure how to best combat it. At least I’m not the canary in the coal mine, but I’m close enough I might as well be. Time for new tactics.
Please remember this even if you think those of us who worry are just paranoid, just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean no one is out to get you. -B]

SSCC #284–Collinsville
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Sun, 03/18/2012 - 11:15Right here we have a bored cop who manufactured cause to speed up his boring weekend.
This officer has a previous history of violating the rights of citizens and was previously fired. Yet the department gave him a job and a badge and qualified immunity. They department sponsored this man and offered to protect him while he criminally acted against the rights of others.
He violated this mans rights for no other reason that to attempt to justify his budget on the war on nouns.
State Sponsored Criminal Count 284: Michael Reichert
Because the job of law abiding citizens is to be abused by officers of the law.

SSCC #273–Louisburg
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Mon, 03/05/2012 - 20:52Maybe it was just a misunderstanding?
Yet another example of the war on nouns. Tell me why do you need to earmark a quarter million for drug buys. Why not just recover the cash after arresting the dealer? Is this some sort of Fast and Furious type system where you attempt to track the money and don’t? Is it because it’s not your money you don’t care about recovering it? Seriously WTF!?
State Sponsored Criminal Count 274: Pat Green
Because how member of the state really see the war on nouns is nothing but a blank check with their name on it.

SSCC #266:#269–New York
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Thu, 03/01/2012 - 20:29I have said my mantra about prosecutors many a time and I’ll say it again. It takes a good prosecutor to convict a guilty man, it takes a GREAT prosecutor to convict an innocent one. There is no correlation between the law and justice, don’t believe me? What justice is there needed for a victimless crime? Seriously, is it justice to punish someone because they are doing something that someone else disagrees with?
There is no winning a law suit, and this man has had his life ruined by a prosecutor who is protected by the state, and three cops who share the same protections. I am not sure that his suit will be successful, however I have no doubt about the validity of his claim. Further, they don’t have to find you guilty to ruin your and strip you of your rights.
State Sponsored Criminal Count: #266: Officer Vladimir Krull
#267: Detective Arnaldo Rivera
#268: Lt. Patrick Brown
#269: Bronx District Attorney’s Office (If you know the prosecutors name let me know)
Because when I can convict an innocent man I am in total control of the world and nothing can stop me.

SSCC Honorable Mention–Bremerton WA
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Mon, 02/27/2012 - 21:15This wasn’t a technical glitch folks. He actively circumvented the law and of course he was active in the war on nouns. Seriously I want to continue but it is just infuriating considering what the state would have done had it been you or I.
State Sponsored Criminal Count Honorable Mention: Roy Alloway
Because the law is just for all those other schmucks.

SSCC #263–El Paso
Submitted by Barron Barnett on Fri, 02/24/2012 - 19:38This right here is just classic!
El Paso, Texas County Commissioner Willie Gandara Jr. was arrested late Wednesday on federal drug-trafficking charges. Few details have been released, but according to a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) spokeswoman, the investigation involves multiple agencies.
Ok a county commissioner was selling drugs, why is it classic though!? This is why!
Back in September 2011, Gandara harshly criticized drug legalization in an official statement:
Legalizing drugs is the coward practice of combating cartels, it is an insult to our men and women in law enforcement, and the laziest form of parenting our children and youth about the effects of drugs.
Nice, he was pushing prohibition to protect his enterprise.
State Sponsored Criminal Count 263: Willie Gandara Jr.
Because the real reason you become an elected politician is so you can build an enterprise and make it illegal for everyone else!
