This has to be some sort of sick joke…

First, this video describes my emotional state quite well right now.

Now why would I have Nerd Rage right now?  Well, the wife just sent me this:

The Walt Disney Company announced Tuesday it is acquiring Lucasfilm LTD and will produce a seventh “Star Wars” film, targeted to come out in 2015.

I’ve checked my calendar 15 times, it still doesn’t say April 1st on it, because honestly if this was I’d be laughing.  But don’t worry, it’s not just Episode VII coming out!

“Star Wars: Episode VII” is targeted for release in 2015, with Lucas serving as a creative consultant. More feature films are expected to continue the saga.

What The !@#$ is left to tell!?  Seriously, you went back and told the story of the rise of the evil empire, which honestly lets admit it, could have been left to our imaginations.  George went and remastered the originals  screwing them to the point where he attempted to claim that Han didn’t shoot first.  We all know that’s a LIE.

Seriously how badly do they have to kill this series?  Seriously WTFO?!

Continuing on My Series About the Food Chain

So I saw this today and wanted to make a quote of the day but just couldn’t figure out how.  The stupid is so heavy it hurts.

An Irvine resident is requesting that the city install a sign to memorialize the hundreds of fish killed in a traffic crash in early October as they were being taken to Irvine Ranch Market.

In the letter, Dina Kourda, on behalf of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, asks the city’s street maintenance superintendent to place the sign at the site of the crash on Walnut and Yale avenues.

I think my favorite though was this quote from the boy genius himself:

“Research tells us that fish use tools, tell time, sing, and have impressive long-term memories and complex social structures, yet fish used for food are routinely crushed, impaled, cut open, and gutted, all while still conscious. Sparing them from being tossed from a speeding truck and slowly dying from injuries and suffocation seems the least that we can do,” the letter continued.

Tell me, what hands do the fish use to pick up their “tools”?  They were food there sport and while you may be well intentioned, the fact is, death is a part of life and humans are omnivores.  That’s right, we eat both plants and animals.  You do realize a plant is a living organism too right?  It is the behavior of people like you who have created an environment where things like this occur.  Today I got a new one to add to the list.

Berlin authorities say they shot and killed a 120 kilogram (265-pound) wild boar after it attacked and injured four people including a police officer in a residential neighborhood.

I’m sure that Mr. Kourda weeps for the wild boar, that could have easily killed someone, and I’m sure he wishes that they erect a sign to remember the boar time immemorial.  This is what happens when animals stop viewing you as a predator.  We, as a species, have progressed to the point where many just go to the store and pick up food.  Many, like Mr. Kourda feel that it is no longer necessary to kill animals for food.

Well, here’s a random though, that pile of grain you eat because it’s not from the back of an animal?  How many mice were killed to prevent them from eating it so it can be on your table?  Say you avoid producers and go “organic” which doesn’t use pesticide or kill the little vermin, the reason for the higher costs, which not everyone can afford, is because the lower crop yield due to the pests.

Tell me, what about mouse infestations in your house?  See I live on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields.  The little bastards have chewed their way into my crawlspace and now into my house.  Would you like to put up memorials for all the mice I’ve had to kill Mr. Kourda?  They bring with them disease and damage to property.  Hire an exterminator I hear you say?

Well I’ve done exactly that, and they poison the little bastards so that people like you can think that they’ve just ran off to live somewhere else.  That way you don’t their handy work, or in this case my handy work.

We have been steadily removing ourselves as being a predator in the pool of animals.  Many, like Mr. Kourda would like to forcefully prevent those who still act predatory to stop.  The thing is, just because we stop being predatory, doesn’t mean other animals won’t view us as prey.

If you would like to voultarily vacate your position at the top of the food chain, that’s your choice.  Me, I’m going to stay right here at the top and keep my family and my self free from disease and vermin while keeping them healthy and well fed.

SSCC #385–St. Paul

A St. Paul, Minnesota family claims in a lawsuit that police officers who conducted a wrong-door raid on their home shot their dog, and then forced their three handcuffed children to sit near the dead pet while officers ransacked the home.

Words fail to express my rage.  I shall do as Weer’d said and let it speak for itself.

State Sponsored Criminal #385: The St. Paul Minnesota SWAT Team

Because you need to teach little Timmy and Tiffany to obey their perverted Uncle Sam at an early age, and if you plug their dog and make them lay next to it, the next time Pedo-bear TSA agent molest them they’ll ignore it because they don’t want their new Sparky to take a bullet.

Irony, It is Strong With This

So I got an email from a friend this afternoon pointing me to a particular government document.  He told me to check out the new additions at the end.  We had both filled them out previously while at the NROTC Unit, and while I try to keep mine up to date in case it’s need for a future employment opportunity, the last time I looked at the form was in 2009 updating information after buying our house.

Well it has gone from 13 pages to 127 pages since the last I looked, but what is most interesting is the addition of Section 29.

That wasn’t too bad but I started laughing hysterically when I arrived at 29.5.

Tell me, how can one work for the DEA, FBI or god forbid the ATF and honestly answer that question with a “No”?  Doubly entertaining is this is a form geared towards protecting national security.  So the question of your association record is really this:

Have you EVER been a member of an organization that advocates or practices commission of acts of force or violence to discourage others from exercising their rights under the U.S. Constitution or any state of the United States with the specific intent to further such action? Any organization that is a part of, or under the direct guidance of the US Government is excepted.

Think about it, any law enforcement agency that has turned the other way when caught physically assaulting people lawfully exercising their rights is guilty of that violation.  Our government, more specifically people in its employ, has gone well beyond he limitations set out within the Constitution, yet they are exempted from being held accountable for their abuses.  Most entertaining though is the ATF and Operation Fast and Furious since it meets the definition provided by them in almost a textbook fashion.

What I find most entertaining is I have no doubt that should the day ever come I need to file this paper work I know this blog will be scavenged and the interviewer will use this commentary against me.  The DHS for example has classified me as a possible terrorist through numerous methods even though I have never associated with, thought about or attempted an act of terrorism.  Yet a real act of terrorism is merely PTSD and I’m the real threat.

Yeah that realization stopped any laughter and humor I was feeling from the irony.  It is becoming more and more obvious that the government is doing everything it can to further the wedge between itself and the people.  I need a drink.

I Encountered A Member of Occupy Last Week

So evidently last week when I went to visit Joe and Ry I should have just used cash to pay for dinner at the Kirkland Red Robin.  It was at least positive I used my credit card instead of my debit card.

You see some piss ant that is too lazy to work decided to make a complete copy of my card and go on a shopping spree today.  They started in North Bend evidently at a gas station and drove to Ephrata where they proceeded to hit up Wal-Mart and Rite-Aid racking up a 500 dollar bill at which point Bank of America’s fraud division suspended the card and called me.

You see I rarely use that card and usually only for one off purchases who’s costs are immediately paid off by the next bill.  So I talk to the fraud department they fully closed the card, asked me if I knew anyone who could be using it.  I informed them I’m staring at my card right now, it’s been in my wallet and I’ve used it only once recently, last Tuesday to be exact, at the Kirkland Red Robin.  They back charged all the fraudulent charges, closed the card, and I should have a replacement next week.

So I get the inconvenience of being out of my card for a week, which is no big deal, I have an emergency fund for a reason.  It is still annoying though.  It is annoying because some ass-hat felt that I needed to redistribute my wealth to him.  Except in the end he didn’t end up stealing from me, he ended up stealing from those companies.  I’m sure this little piss-ant feels that he was just robbing from the rich to give to himself, never mind that the costs of his theft actually gets distributed into higher costs for everyone else.

So yeah, I’m in need of some recoil therapy.  Luckily I can blow some stuff up this weekend with Joe and Sunday I’ll be able to shoot the stages I’ve designed.  It should be fun, but damn I’m still since I’ve got to redo many of my online recurring transactions now.  At least I have a list of which placed I need to go fix.

At least I got my money back, because this would definitely be me if I got a bead on the parties responsible if I didn’t.

This Doesn’t Inspire my Faith in Humanity

Seriously?  Am I just weird because I would stop to help?  It disturbs me know end to see so many people just casually walk by someone who is in obvious need of assistance.

That incident is disturbing on so many levels it’s not even funny.  The fact that the driver fled the scene of the accident is not surprising given everyone else’s behavior.

I know there are many who would say, “You don’t know how you would react.”  Well I can tell you this.  I would be ashamed to do such a thing and it would no doubt disappoint my family and further I would disgrace everyone else who I share the Eagle’s Nest with.  I know many people overwhelmingly live their lives in condition white, but to think that none of those people saw that man is beyond comprehension.  Further I know first hand that even after suffering severe trauma, I will continue to think of the welfare of others first until such time as the cavalry arrives.

God I need some hard liquor, crap like this is just depressing.  Anyone has anything that inspires faith?  I need a refill to remind me that is by no means a good example of society.  Then again you also had incidents like the person who was stabbed and left bleeding on the sidewalk and no one did anything.

Looks Like Somebody’s Got A Case Of The Monday’s

See the disclaimer as always.  But I had to admit I laughed about the following:

Heck none of us could figure out how the hell he was so effectively able to jump the curb, both front and rear, and make it through the bushes.  Even more entertainingly, it appears they had left their car to go in to work.  I guess they just figured they’d take care of it later.

Most entertainingly though was the email sent out about it:

Hello,
There is a white Buick License Plate XX XXXXX that has gone over the parking lot curb into the bushes just above XXXX. Facilities has been notified as well.

I love how it was the equivalent of, “You Left Your Lights On.”.  I put my truck into a ditch, but at least it made sense with it being wet clay.  This was a paved parking lot with a curb and everything.  The WTF factor is strong with this one.

Here’s more pictures:

Where did she go?

Via my buddy The Learned Sergeant.

I miss her, I barely even got to know her and by the time I met her she was already on life support dying.  Bleeding profusely from everyone taking their entitlements, creating their moral wars on nouns, and ultimately dying from an ignorant public who would rather hear fanciful fairy tails than the painful truth.

Today, something very bad happened.  There is some suspicion the decision was done as one would play a game of chess.  There are some ideas of how it could work out, but it is possible to loose a game of chess if you’re not careful.

All I do know is we are no longer, and haven’t been as of recently, the best country on earth.  There is no place I would rather live, it is my home, but she is being gutted.  Government regulation and restriction has proceeded to destroy industry and innovation.  Entitlement programs have proceeded to kill self-motivation and have become nothing more than legalized theft.

All I saw today was something I loved dearly coughing and hemorrhaging blood.  Showing her mortal wound while all of us hope, pray, and plan to find a way that it may not be mortal.  Hoping we can arrest the fall before it’s too late.  Before there is no choice but to find a new frontier.  One where we can find freedom again.
