SSCC #30-#33–Washington DC

This show of force by the DC Metro Capitol PD was nothing more than that.  It was done in front of parents and children specifically to instill fear of what could happen to them should they disobey.  Fear, they use fear to coerce people into behaving as they would like.

    ter·ror·ism

    noun /ˈterəˌrizəm/

    1. The use of violence and intimidation in the pursuit of political aims

The government is force and every law they pass is done with the threat of force.  That force is now used to intimidate, harass, and stop children from partaking in free enterprise.  Not only that but the female officer on more than one occasion attempted to stop the documentation of the behavior of the police.  If you happen to find the names of the officers involved, please, post them in the comments.

It’s good to know that given the crime rate in DC the police have nothing better to do that to shut down someone selling lemonade.  Especially on Lemonade Freedom Day.

State Sponsored Criminal Count: +4 = 33

Because there is no greater crime than children selling lemonade in the capital of the “most free” country on earth.

SSCC #51-DC police

The D.C. police officer accused of drunkenly shooting at transgendered people has been punished at least twice before for alcohol-related incidents, records and sources said.

Charging documents released Monday described how Kenneth Furr crashed his Cadillac into another vehicle early Friday morning, stood on the hood of the victims’ vehicle and shouted, "I’m gonna kill all of you."

While he wasn’t on duty, he did commit this act with his service weapon.  Tell me, do they allow concealed carry or open carry within the capital for civilians?  Given the answer to that question I find this issue state sponsored.  Doubly so considering the egregiousness, bigotry, and down right viciousness of the incident.  The icing that sealed my decision on counting it even though he was off duty is that his punishment is only paid leave.

State Sponsored Criminal Count: 51

Because being a cop means you can assault anyone you don’t like and just get a paid vacation!

H/t to JayG who emailed me Robb’s post.  I saw it earlier today and starred it for tonight, but it makes it SOO much easier when people email them in.  So please, send me your submissions!  Not to mention you get bonus links from me! See, WizardPC sent it in too!

Update: Phssthpok sent it in as well.  Good lord that was a hot one!

SSCC #53 – Brazos County

Disturbing allegations in College Station after a Brazos County Deputy Constable was arrested for handcuffing and kidnapping a 19-year-old woman.

The good news is though they’ve only placed him on paid administrative leave.  He’s currently facing nothing at all despite the fact that she was never taken to jail, her friends don’t know what happened to her, and he placed her in the back of his cruiser.

The police have refused to state if she was sexually assaulted, I would say all signs point to yes.  The guy was off duty, “arrested” a woman, who then blacked out, and then ended up coming to in a gas station parking lot.  Seriously what about this says honest police officer?

He may have been off duty but it qualifies because he used his police cruiser, and he just as easily could have done this if he was on duty.

State Sponsored Criminal Count: 53

Because being a cop means that you can get any piece of tail you want whether she likes it or not.

A Security Theater and Illegal Aliens

Further evidence that TSA is really A Security Theater.

This month a federal audit reveals that, after nearly a decade, the TSA still can’t guarantee that agents working in “secure” areas of airports don’t pose a risk. That’s because the agency doesn’t always verify the identity of job applicants or even their legal status against a government immigration database.

This means that the TSA can’t account for agency employees with access to secure areas of airports, according to a Homeland Security Inspector General report made public a few days ago.

(Emphasis Mine) These are the same people who are given a free pass to sexually assault law abiding airline passengers, allows pedophiles to screen children, and overall is nothing but a group of individuals whose sole turn on is the abuse and molestation of the American people.

While claiming to act in the necessary methods to ensure security they have let unscreened unsecured persons into their own rank and file.  If I was a terrorist I would become a TSA agent, what better way to hide than in plain sight.  Especially considering these crap shoveling idiots couldn’t catch the clap in a whore house.

The TSA has never caught one single terrorist, not only that but they failed every last red team exercise.  They have however abused the very people who were responsible for stopping terrorist attacks in progress.  A security theater is nothing more than a ploy to make the ignorant and stupid feel safe.  Those of us with brains though carry the brunt of the burden by receiving the largest amount of abuse from agents.  Look how they treat anyone who opts out.

These piss swilling cheeba monkeys are TSA agents because of one of the following three conditions:

  1. They are too stupid to get a job any place else, including McDonald’s.
  2. They get off on
    physically molesting people

    .
  3. They are wanting
    crimes of opportunity for theft

    .

There are no other options.  While one would say maybe they just need a job, the bottom line is they sold their morals down the river and now are molesting people.  They are molesting people cause obviously they’re too stupid to get a job any place else.  If they just needed a job and didn’t like molesting people they would tell their supervisor to go fuck themselves because the molestation is unlawful.

The TSA is pointless though for yet another reason, it’s the equivalent of defensive fortifications.  If you play defensively you are playing a reactionary game.  The offenses goal is to find holes or methods around your defenses.  You are doing nothing to occupy them or distract them from attacking their goal.  It’s a pointless endeavor that will always end in failure.  How many people do you know that can actually win a game of chess by only playing defensively.  At best they can stalemate, however most like they they are going to loose since they will never take a piece from their opponent.

Anyone who claims the TSA is doing a good job is a mumbling imbecile who couldn’t pour piss out of a boot while reading the directions on the heel.  Day after day, month after month, incident after incident is found that shows just how pointless the TSA is.  Seriously, why do we put up with them and those that work for them?  I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, ostracize those who work for the TSA, make them feel uncomfortable, and make sure to tell those dough assed shit hooks exactly what they are.  The Brown Shirts of the 21st century.  If you think I’m wrong remember “Terror must be broken by Terror”.  What else would you call their behavior other than terror?

SSCC 87-91: TSA, Florida SP, Westchester County

Authorities said that the TSA officers — two in Florida and one in New York — were paid to help drug couriers move pills and the stacks of cash they generated through airport screening systems. One of the police officers — a Florida state trooper — took drug money to travel to Connecticut, where he provided "protection" to a courier selling thousands of pills to a dozen or more lower-level dealers, authorities said.

This isn’t the first time that government officials have aided in drug smuggling.  The mistake in this case though was not getting your parents permission first.  You might notice the above only lists 4 people, what about #5?

The dealer said he made payments totaling $20,000 to a Westchester County police officer assigned to the airport there in order to be permitted to carry — without being questioned — large quantities of cash back to Florida, according to a DEA affidavit.

Ahh, there he is.  Pay the top for to ignore the pills, bribe the last guy to ignore the cash.  Whenever you see drugs and money, odds are starting to look pretty good you might see someone there also getting paid by the taxpayer.

Just remember that TSA agent who’s violating your wife is probably also getting a kickback from some criminal to ignore the stuff he should be looking for.  The TSA has nothing to do with security or enforcing the law.  It has everything to do with obedience and doing what you’re told if you’re a law abiding sheep.

SSCC #99–Middlesex County

Three boats, a car and an undisclosed amount of money: that’s what Guy Abbot is accused of obtaining illegally while he was employed as Sheriff in Middlesex County.

Abbot received 25 felony indictments handed down from a Middlesex County special grand jury.

Just the type of guy you want enforcing the law right?  Often when people do crap like this you hear about “paid administrative leave” a taxpayer funded vacation however apparently Guy Abbot is a special case.

Abbot was arrested Thursday, but he is already back at work as Sheriff after being released on a personal recognizance bond.

A lot of private companies will fire you just upon being charged with a felony.  If you get a job as a police officer though you can not only keep your job.  Talk about taking a the term “Job Security” to a whole new level.

State Sponsored Criminal Count: 99 – Guy Abbot

Because evidently when you’re a cop, 25 felonies translates to keep up the good work.

Quote of the Day – SayUncle (09/28/2011)

Ok, Sparky, look here. I’ll ignore the whole subverting the nature of the republic aspect of your stupid statement and address the reality:
Congress is pretty much why the country is in the economic shitter. Letting them run loose and even more unaccountable is like trusting the pyromaniac 8 year-old up the street to watch your collection of gas cans
and fireworks.

But it was progressives…SayUncle

[Unc nailed this issue right on the head with that analogy.  My instincts yesterday did one that was similar.  Because why would you want to leave a cocaine addicted hooker watching your stash of Bolivian Marching Powder while you went out of a smoke?

The progressives are claiming that this was a joke, I find it anything but.  Why else would you make a statement like that, that logically makes absolutely no sense?  The kids are currently throwing a tantrum in a candy store trying to break open and steal more candy.  Who in their right mind thinks that is a good time to hand them a bat and then walk away leaving them unsupervised and without recourse for discipline?

I seriously hope the people of North Carolina throw that want to be dictator to the freaking curb.  We live in a Republic, not a democracy, not a dictatorship.  We elect people to represent us, if you can’t understand that, you shouldn’t be a representative. Then again most representatives currently only represent the people who voted for them ignoring the rights of the smallest minority, the individual.  -B]

WSU Student Rights and Little London

So the level of brainwashing that has been inflicted upon our youth has been quite apparent over the past few weeks of reading the Washington State University news paper.  The first article is an effort to bring a little bit of Brittan right here to the heartland of America.

The Pullman Police Department will install security cameras in high
crime public areas in College Hill as a part of a two-year grant the
police department received from the United States Department of Justice.

The royal kicker though is what the editorial board admits in a following opinion piece.

The Daily Evergreen Editorial Board would like to urge students to
accept and support the installation of security cameras in Adam’s Mall.
The cameras will probably do little to deter crime as drunken brawlers
are unlikely to consider the fact that a camera is watching them.

(Emphasis mine.) They readily admit that the cameras will not deter crime.  The school continues to prohibit the ability for students to lawfully carry on campus and the paper is more than supportive against allowing lawful carry.  Yet they are more than willing to argue that students throw away their privacy for semblance of security.  It is a public place after all so really how much privacy should you have.  Well the editorial board obviously doesn’t care considering the following piece I saw in yesterdays paper.

Barring campus police from patrolling the most densely populated living areas on campus is a huge mistake.

Residence halls are not private residences. They are not houses
or apartments – they are more akin to hotels. They are places students
stay for a few short months, then leave for vacation, then come back to
again, then leave, return, leave for the summer and usually never return
afterward.

About 5 years ago while I was a student there was a court case involving unnecessary access by police to the residence halls.  The judge ruled that the police were not allowed access to the dorms except in an emergency.  The reasoning is that dorms were a residence much like an apartment building.  Evidently the editorial board is acting like their brethren the Brady Campaign in ignoring the reasoning behind the case.  The editors would prefer to ignore this much like CSGV disregards Heller and McDonald.

Further the comparison they use to a hotel fails their litmus test, not to mention their other excuses as well.  The police are not allowed to meander around the halls of a hotel without cause or warrant.  Their statements smack of a belief that the police exist to operate as an RA for the school.

RAs have complete access to each individual’s room within a
residence hall. They are the ones now expected to enforce the law within
the dorms. The only problem is, RAs are students like the rest of us.
They are subject to enjoying the same vices they are supposed to be on
the lookout for.

Police officers have years of training and experience when it comes to upholding the law. RAs do not.

The job of the RA is not to enforce the law, but to ensure the dorm rules are followed and mediate disputes.  If the law is broken it is the job of the police to investigate after the fact.  It is not the job of the police to prevent crime, that is the job of the populace at large.  In other words, fellow residents should be acting in a manner to aid in preventing crime.  The police have no duty to protect and it is the responsibility of the citizen to protect themselves and their property.

The Daily Evergreen Editorial Board is doing no good by attempting to destroy the rights of their fellow students.  Many fought long and hard to secure their right from the police unlawfully entering their place of residence.  While living in the dorms, many leave their doors open not out of want or an open door policy, but because it is so damn hot they need the air flow.  An officer walking up and down the hall would now be able to see into the room by incidental viewing.  He could also achieve this as they occupant gains entrance into their room and close the door behind them.  With so many laws and rules on the books now, why are you attempting to surrender one of your defenses from their abuse?

While many college campuses swing a bit to the left, this over reliance on the state and belief that the police are the solution to all their problems is very disconcerting.  Doubly so when you consider the fact that they have not bothered to look into the context of why the push was made to throw officers out of the dorms.  The universities own rules as well as the expectation of privacy created the reasons the police were illegal within the dorms.  The Daily Evergreen Editorial board should examine its view on personal liberty and freedom and explain why they believe that college students should surrender it because they are attending school.  Because some students are criminals doesn’t make them all criminals and the law exists to protect the innocent, not catch the criminal.  That is not a bug, it’s a feature.
