SSCC #364–TSA

Seriously, I’m having problems not wishing violence upon people.  Why?  Because I have no clue why anyone would feel the following is acceptable behavior.

While I was going through the TSA, some of them started laughing in my direction. I thought it might’ve been someone behind me, but I found out otherwise.

They went through my bag (for no reason), and found a couple bags of candy I brought. I was told I wasn’t allowed to fly with that (wtf? I’ve flown with food before — these were even sealed still because I brought them right in the airport). I was then asked if I would like to donate the candy “To the USO”. Since I know the airport there has an Air National Guard base, and I figured it would go to the soldiers, I (annoyed) said sure, why not?

The guards, as I was getting scanned, started eating the candy they just told me was for the soldiers. In front of me, still laughing at me (very clearly now). One of them asked why they were laughing, and one of them came up to me, pointed at my shirt, laughed at me and said, “Fucking deafie”. The Louisville TSA called me a “fucking deafie” and laughed at me because I was deaf, and they expected wouldn’t say anything back (or wouldn’t hear them). Make no bones about it — she was facing me and I read her lips. There was no mistake. I would later find out that they had called at least 4 other individuals the same thing.

Seriously, it makes me so angry I can barely see straight.  What angers me more than just the actions of these despicable individuals is that no one yelled at the agents.  No one confronted them.  Everyone stuck their tail between their legs.

I know exactly why no one was willing to stand up though.  No one wants to be stranded from home on the whim of some high school drop out who was too stupid to get his GED.

I am at a loss of words why anyone would tolerate that behavior in general.  While yes you do have a small risk, the quickest way to minimize the risk is to bring the majority of those who were silently protesting inside to the fight.  You do so by leading from the front.

I am disappointed in my fellow Americans.  Not only for the fact that they would allow the TSA to grow to such a behemoth mass, but they would stand by and do nothing in that situation.  I’m tired of waiting for legislators to do something.

If you’re flying, buy a bottle of Mountain Dew, drink it or dump it down the drain.  Refill it while you’re in the bathroom and feel free to let them taste test it.  Harass them verbally when seen in public.  Call them names while they do their job, make their jobs miserable.  Make it so no one would willingly take that job.  There are other options, many of which are of questionable legality, but then again, revolution is legal in the first person while illegal in the third person.  What they are doing is illegal, yet no one has acted to stop it within legal means.  Well at what point to do give up on Plan A and move to Plan B?

I refuse to fly specifically because of these state sponsored thieves and molesters.  I am reaching the point where I am going to be hard pressed to control my rage towards any of the blue gloved Gestapo.

State Sponsored Criminals: The whole damn lot of the TSA

Because when someone is deaf, or has any other disability, it is perfectly OK to harass them, steal their stuff, and be rude, insolent, and total pricks because your employer is Uncle Sam.

*And if you didn’t get the clue, I am pissed and if anyone has any video of a TSA agent being verbally ridiculed to the point of emotional breakdown, that would seriously help cheer me up.  Hell seeing a bunch of people riot in an air terminal would be a big step up.  There’s a reason our legislators aren’t doing a damn thing about it, we aren’t seeking to do damage yet.  This shit keeps up, I’m sure someone’s tripwire is going to snap

If riots occurred in air terminals, if people started being injured because of the TSA’s attitude towards the general populace, attitudes would quickly shift… I’m not saying anyone should, or condoning any such action, I am merely stating an observation that our legislators fail to act because they see no need or concern to act.

I’m all for making some molester who thinks it’s OK because Uncle Sam told him to stick his hands down little Timmy’s pants or up little Tiffinay’s skirt realize he’s a piece of crap who should be expunged from society as the heartless predator he is.  I would say to start laying on every last legislator too, but they’re a bunch of corrupt cowards anyway, and that type of stuff happens on a daily basis so what would be new?

**End Rant!

SSCC #61–TSA

Nearing the end of this violation, I sobbed even louder as the woman, FOUR TIMES, stuck the side of her gloved hand INTO my vagina, through my pants. Between my labia. She really got up there. Four times. Back right and left, and front right and left. In my vagina. Between my labia. I was shocked — utterly unprepared for how she got the side of her hand up there. It was government-sanctioned sexual assault

Seriously read the whole story, it’s sad, it’s depressing, and quite frankly it’s also enraging.  But it gets even worse when you see the following:

Despite the wide audience she enjoys, Amy’s story could easily have been lost in the din of routine TSA excess. But because Amy didn’t take it quietly — because she called the TSA employee out for her assault, and because she wrote about it — now she’s facing a legal threat.

The TSA agent — one Thedala Mageehas demanded that Amy pay her $500,000 for Magdee’s distress at being called out.

This could have been your wife, your sister, your mother, or your daughter.  Truthfully the only reason this woman got away with it is because it remained in the shadows.  It is now quite ironic that it is the agent herself, feeling invulnerable because of her position is now drawing more light to it.  There can be no doubt that the TSA will back the effort to help aid in intimidating people into being sheep.

The TSA hires criminals, perverts, and sexual predators.  What did they really expect was going to happen?  It’s not as if they’re hiring the best and brightest.

State Sponsored Criminal Count: 61 Thedala Magee

Because raping someone when you’re on the clock and a TSA agent is an acceptable practice when used to intimidate other passengers into compliance.

SSCC #307 – TSA

This is by no means the first incident of a TSA agent doing this, and it certainly will not be the last.

Cops snared 55 Massachusetts men in a sweeping, multi-agency child
pornography crackdown — including a Transportation Security
Administration officer assigned to Logan International Airport who is
just the latest embarrassment for the troubled federal agency.

Remember though, they’re just abusing you, your family, and you’re children for the safety of everyone.  Never mind the fact that the TSA wouldn’t stop anyone actually intent on bringing down an airplane.  No the whole point is to trash our liberties and freedoms and empower a bunch of criminals to lord over us.

This man I have no doubt got a job as a TSA agent because it gave him access to victims who were unable to refuse and it rendered their parents defenseless.  Again, I have to ask myself why it is I restrain myself from doing violence to people like this.  Oh that’s right I’m better than that and I have to have faith that the state that sponsors these thugs will also hold them accountable.

Yeah, that’s not going to happen either.  One can dream though right?

State Sponsored Criminal Count 307: Jose E. Salgado

Because the real reason the TSA exists is to provide child molesters a way to get their rocks off in a legal manner.

SSCC #294 – TSA

Yet another pedophile found amongst the TSA employee pool, separate from this incident prior to the count.

A former employee of the U.S. Transportation Security Administration has
been sentenced to nearly three and a half years in prison for
possessing child pornography.

Just recently the TSA was in the count with a screener feeling a young boy in a wheel chair due to an injury was the biggest threat to society.  In that I included another incident than previously mentioned.

Still think the TSA is a bunch a good people and not a bunch of goons snatching up power to abuse the people?

State Sponsored Criminal Count 294: Andrew Cheever

molest_kid_thumb

Because becoming a TSA agent means that your abuse of children is really for the greater good right?

TSA in a graphical display

Someone emailed me a graphic recently on the TSA and Airline terror.   Graphics are a great way of correlating data and finding patterns.

I wish the graphic included data back through the 1980s and 70s with the string of terrorist events that occurred then.  With only one data point shown prior to the September 11th attacks it’s hard to compare reactions by the public to before and after the TSA appeared.

What can be seen is there is considerably more traffic than before.  Terrorism hasn’t stopped people from flying.  Though the TSA has caused many to stop flying, while it may not be very noticeable, I find more have stopped because of TSA than because of the fear of terrorism.  One could glance at the graphic below and say TSA is working, but that’s not really looking at all the information contained there in.  As Mark Twain said, “There’s lies, damned lies, and statistics”.

SSCC #256 – TSA

It appears some TSA agent has figured out how to commit the perfect theft while being a TSA agent.

“TSA blames Air Canada, and Air Canada blames TSA, and nobody wants to take responsibility,” Jan Dewar said.

See, they stole property for an airline headed out of the country.  That way they could blame it on services outside their control.  What was so valuable to steal though?

They soon noticed that a number of items were missing: $240 in brand new
clothing and shoes, as well as two packages of unopened cigarettes.

It’s the missing cigarettes that clinched it for me though.  With the missing cakes and all, they obviously forgot their smokes and needed some for their smoke break.

State Sponsored Criminal Count 256: John Doe

Because the TSA is nothing but a kleptomaniacs wet dream of an organization.

My blog grew up today

I got my first piece of hate mail, and it was such a piece of work I felt it was best posted and responded to here.  All quotes are left unaltered, all quotes in red are a part of John Fowler’s email.  The whole email start to finish is contained here, with my comments placed in between parts.

Subject: [TMM] You

John Fowler sent a message using the contact form at http://www.the-minuteman.org/contact.

I have a few things to say. Now, before you dismiss this as some random message filled with insults, I’d like you to consider this rather a form of aggressive constructive criticism.

A list of insults is not a good sign.  Constructive criticism, now that I can appreciate.

Firstly, you are extremely ugly and at least slightly overweight, which can cause health problems (you should have those checked out, maybe even the ugly part). Your fat cheek cups the stock of your gun like a baby breastfeeding.

It almost makes me feel dirty to look at it, despite there being no pornographic material whatsoever.

I fail to see how my being ugly is constructive criticism.  I am exactly how my mom and dad made me.  While I am overweight, I am still active and in decent shape.  My wife feels no fat in my cheek, neither do I.  I have the standard pad from the gap created by the Maxilla, Zygomatic Bone, Zygomatic Arch, and the Sphenoid Bone, where the Coronoid Process of the Mandible inserts.  The gap is covered by the Masseter muscle, as well as the Zygomaticus major and minor muscles which allow facial expression.  If you want I can have my doctor remove them so I can no longer smile and just constantly looked pissed off.

Secondly, your article on TSA, Lost Fliers and EPIC Lawsuits: No. They are not breaking the law. Because the law has not yet been defined. Therefore they CANNOT in any way, shape or form break that law. You say that yourself in the article, you idiot. You contradict yourself a minimum of four times in the article. And you know what? Flying is a choice. A privelege. Provided NOT by the government, but by individual companies who must make flight safe by THEIR standards, not YOURS. These are BUSINESSES, not government fucking agencies.

Actually they are breaking the law, the 4th Amendment is pretty clear on that fact. It is so clear in fact they admit to violating it, but I guess you were too lazy to watch the video.  That is in fact breaking the law PERIOD.  Can you please point out how I contradict myself in that article, because the theme through the whole article is how the TSA is pointless and breaking the law.  The closest it gets to violating that theme is my translation full of snark regarding the TSA requesting the justice department to NOT issue an injunction banning the use of the body scanners.  So the government was asking them not to give an injunction and let them continue breaking the law.

As for flying being a choice yes it is, however airlines are run by private enterprise just as you state.  The TSA though, is a part of the Department of Homeland Security and is run by the government.  Airlines are not free to choose their own screening methods, or what they deem necessary for the security of their airlines.  The TSA is refusing to allow private screening companies to take over and replace them.  So what voice do the airlines have in these standards, because as the Port Authorities attempt to replace the TSA, the TSA isn’t allowing it to happen.  The TSA is the one responsible for creating their standards and practices.

Thirdly, comparing your “plight” in this country to the Jews defending themselves from Nazis in WW2? Really? Do I even need to comment on this? Are you really so colossally fucking ignorant and self-absorbed that you believe you can empathize with THAT particular group of people? Wow. Just wow.

What exactly is the “plight” you are referencing?  My assumption is you are referencing gun control and gun rights.  I in no way started this comparison; it has been attributed to a man by the name of Aaron Zelman.  His grandfather survived the Holocaust and he founded the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.  There is a direct tie between gun control and the disarmament of the Jewish people.  I am not the only one who has used this analogy, and it is a very common thread given history.

Fourthly: “Many ask why I feel this way and the answer is always the same, history. I’ve studied it, learned from it, and found things that embodied the best in humanity” – Is this part of the reason you got kicked out of college?

You ‘know too much’ about stuff? Since your car crash “ding” on your record provided you such “insight” into “the system”, one might assume that you would have the knowledge and foresight to graduate from a fucking four year college.

Obviously you didn’t read very carefully (quote below is from me):

“I graduated in 2008 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, or applied mathematics as I call it.”

I was never kicked out of college, I don’t know where you got the idea I was kicked out.  I left UW and went to WSU because I wasn’t accepted into their engineering program.  I attribute this to the fact I wasn’t an international student paying a huge tuition fee or altering their diversity numbers in a politically correct way.  I know this because others were accepted into the UW School of Engineering who had received lower grades. Instead of being a wuss and going to business school, I transferred to WSU and was immediately accepted into their engineering program.

Your constructive criticism is downright helpful!  You made me go back in time and finish a degree I already had earned, not for you, not for anyone else other than myself.

Fifth, “What we’re seeing now is their fear, they know it’s coming to an end if they can’t get the public to believe their lies again. Well if they can’t get the lies to be believed, all they have left is violence.” – your comment on the Democrats’ opinion of the labor battles in Wisconsin. You know, for all you criticise others on violent behavior, narcissistic tendencies, and even sociopathic behavior, you certainly display a lot of the signs yourself.

Citations please?  While I have posted some content that some would consider advocating violence, they are only such if completely removed from proper context.  Many have noticed that the left resorts to violence when their lies and deceit no longer work.  This is not constructive criticism otherwise you would have cited examples.  Have you ever actually done peer reviewed papers and actually had to provide constructive criticism, because I haven’t really seen any yet.  I have never openly stated that unprovoked violence is ok.  The closest I have ever come is my essay on “When to Fight”.  I avoid conflict as much as possible and attempt to resolve issues by peaceful means.  The only fights I have ever been in, I did not throw the first punch.  What I do advocate is defending yourself, your family, your property, and your tools for self-defense themselves.

Sixth, wow, I’m no professional writer but you are terrible with punctuation.

I mean, absolutely horrific.

Again, please cite examples?  I’m more than happy to make corrections when I am informed of errors.  What I’m actually sensing is that you are upset with my writing style.  I am the one writing, not you.  If you don’t like what I write or how I write, go someplace else.  I am not forcing you to read this.  If you think my writing can be improved, illustrate it. Please don’t forget the misspelling of “criticize” in the Fifth judgment, “privilege” in the Second judgment and the improper period after “No” in the Second judgment should have been “No!” or “No,” as it was being used exclamatorily.  If you want to criticize one must be flawless in doing so.

Seventh, you give other people who own firearms a bad name.

Well I cannot rebuke this directly because that becomes a “me versus you” argument.  So instead I emailed Joe Huffman for his opinion of your statement.  Here is his reply:

“I vehemently disagree with him on point 7.”

That from the man ranked #19 in the list of top gun blogs.

Then Laurel said the following:

“Don’t feed the trolls.”

So another gun blogger, disagrees, and obviously feels you’re trolling.

You piece of trash.

Sincerely,

John Fowler, your biggest constructive critic

Again, calling me a piece of trash is constructive criticism?   So let’s synopsize all of this.

  • I’m fat
  • I’m ugly
  • The TSA is not breaking the law because the law isn’t defined even though they admit violating the 4th amendment
  • Using a comparison made by a major member of the gun culture who had every right to makes me wrong.
  • I never graduated from college and my B.S. in Electrical Engineering doesn’t actually exist
  • I’m self-absorbed, prone to violence, and a sociopath, yet there is no evidence to support that since there are no examples given.
  • I’m horrible at writing because you dislike my style.  Again no actual examples or how to improve my writing.
  • I make all firearms owners look horrible despite the fact others would disagree.
  • I’m a piece of trash, why I’m not really sure.

Here’s some constructive criticism for you Mr. Fowler.

  • Engage the person you’re trying to improve.
  • Make sure you really understand what you’re talking about.
  • Don’t make personal statements, no matter how much you want to, those are insults not criticism.
  • Identify areas that need improvement and then use them as examples stating how you would improve them.
  • Make sure you can back up any statement with evidence of why it’s true, and if it’s constructive you need to provide what can be done to change that fact.

The TSA Screws Up Again

Yet again the A Security Theater failed to prevent someone from carrying a weapon onboard an airplane.  It wasn’t just any  weapon though, it was the same principal weapon used in the September 11th hijackings.

A passenger managed to waltz past JFK’s ramped-up security gantlet with three boxcutters in his carry-on luggage — easily boarding an international flight while carrying the weapon of choice of the 9/11 hijackers, sources told The Post yesterday.

This is by no means a surprise to those of us who actually have bothered to pay attention to the TSA scorecard.  Here’s the other recent failures that come to mind.

The TSA during red team tests has an abysmal failure rate.  Not only is it abysmal, Joe actually spent some time testing an X-Ray machine and found it is extremely easy to conceal a weapon.  Continuing on in the same article we see the following from the TSA:

"There have been a number of additional security layers that have been implemented on aircraft that would prevent someone from causing harm with boxcutters," she insisted.

"They include the possible presence of armed federal air marshals, hardened cockpit doors, flight crews trained in self-defense and a more vigilant traveling public who have demonstrated a willingness to intervene."

Which seriously begs the question, why do we need the TSA?  They do nothing but demean and humiliate the public.
