   Your GENUINE problem is that you’re not driving the PC Car of the Month…(either electric or solar)…So, therefore, you don’t matter…OR…they’re simply HOPING that you won’t be able to stop…(hitting from the rear is ALWAYS a bad idea & THEY know it! Their chances of collecting big $$$ are VERY STRONG!

     Not if they merge into you. It’s also why you have a dash cam and make sure that you make your anti-lock breaks fire. The skid marks can help establish that they merged when they shouldn’t have.

     If video shows they pulled out when they shouldn’t have and I immediately applied the breaks, they can try and claim I’m at fault except they were turning right on red or at a stop sign. Both of which would be a failure to yield on their part. Notice the key there, you need video to prove it. Otherwise it’s just “he rear ended me”.

     Also remember how I said might makes right, they only get $$$’s if they survive. If I’m pulling a load odds are the load is going to ensure I crush their PC car of the month. As it is, my truck without a load will do exactly that.

     The only reason I don’t hit or run these people over is because I’m defensive in my driving and I can read when someone’s about to do something stupid.
