Your Friday Afternoon Laugh

Not sure why, but this just struck a chord with me.

Also Bitter has an interesting note regarding our opponents and their refusal to believe how united our side of the fight is.  There’s a post I want to do regarding the ESOS incident and just haven’t had a chance to write it up yet.  Not to mention I have a couple other ideas rumbling around for posts yet but keep getting distracted.

Keep up the fight folks, we’re not out of the woods yet, not even close.  To those paying attention though, our resolve is more than they expected to see.

Barron is the owner, editor, and principal author at The Minuteman, a competitive shooter, and staff member for Boomershoot. Even in his free time he’s merging his love and knowledge of computers and technology with his love of firearms. He has a BS in electrical engineering from Washington State University. Immediately after college he went into work on embedded software and hardware for use in critical infrastructure. This included cryptographic communications equipment as well as command and control devices that were using that communications equipment. Since then he’s worked on just about everything ranging from toys, phones, other critical infrastructure, and even desktop applications. Doing everything from hardware system design, to software architecture, to actually writing software that makes your athletic band do its thing.

LOL, yep Miller does GOOD with that one!!! 🙂

That will leave a mark that won’t just buff out. Interesting thing – I caught a number of classical allusion in his rant (WHAT a rant, baby!) that I understood, but I’d bet that 80% of people under 60 today wouldn’t, because they were true Greco-Roman-Classical sorts of things that a person with a “Classical” education might come up with. A few I only got because I’m history geek and have been reading a lot of Victor Davis Hanson lately, and it seemed to me the laughter was as much in embarrassment that they didn’t get his reference as it was at what he was saying. GOOD JOB, Miller!

Yeah, Miller is for those of us who are educated. Most of Miller’s rants are exactly like that and those that don’t understand the comparisons he makes usually hates him.

      I love him!
