Apparently ICE just couldn’t keep itself out of the count. So today is going to be a double on the SSCC.

On the night of October 20, 2010, Angel Enrique and Jesus Antonio were in bed in their small, two-bedroom apartment in the Clairmont complex in Nashville. The doors and windows were all shut and locked. Suddenly there was a loud banging at the door and voices shouting “Police!” and “Policia!” When no one answered, the agents tried to force the door open. Scared, Jesus hid in a closet. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents began hitting objects against the bedroom windows, trying to break in. Without a search warrant and without consent, the ICE agents eventually knocked in the front door and shattered a window, shouting racial slurs and storming into the bedrooms, holding guns to their heads. When asked if they had a warrant, one agent reportedly said, “We don’t need a warrant, we’re ICE,” and, gesturing to his genitals, “the warrant is coming out of my balls.”

Here’s what bugs me the most. There were 15 different residents affected by this raid, they detained people including a child purely because of their ethnicity.  This incident shows exactly what the Department of Homeland Security thinks of the Constitution and the law.  Just look at the VIPR program and the fact the TSA is now searching people traveling by bus as well as harassing truckers.  How long until they start stopping you on the way to work?  I would like to point out the double standard of the ALCU here.  They are more than happy to go after ICE over these incidents involving immigration, yet they sit on their hands when it comes to warrant-less searches during travel.

Tam’s comments regarding the indignities of Soviet Russia from the 80’s is looking like a positive compared to the down hill trend the DHS has placed us on.

Peaks Jr. admitted he bribed a TSA agent, Dianna Perez, to let his
suitcase go through security screening for an American Airlines flight.
He and Perez also said that they had worked together before and that
several thousands of dollars had exchanged hands.

Don’t worry though folks because Peaks is not exactly hard off.

The son of Los Angeles’ former fire chief, Millage Peaks, has been
arrested for allegedly bribing a TSA agent to help him smuggle marijuana
on board a flight.

I guess all that public funding headed to his dad’s bank account wasn’t enough to keep this kid from becoming a gutter-ball. Given the exorbitant pay and benefits provided to public employee’s it’s hard for me to believe this kid had a “Hard Knock Life.”  Now back to the real crook.

Remember kiddos you’re being disarmed and sexually assaulted so that others can bribe their contraband through the security check point.  Remember thought the TSA’s screening procedure for new hires is so difficult, corruption like this is unpossible.

Here’s yet another unpossible, inconceivable addition from our infallible overlords at the TSA.

A Transportation Security Administration security officer is out on bail after he was arrested and charged with child pornography.

Remember, this is by no means the first time and it most certainly won’t be the last. The claims that they thoroughly screen their agents are yet again proved false.

One of the top federal Transportation Security Administration officials
in the state of Mississippi has been arrested in connection with the
killing of TSA worker Stacey Wright.

Evidently the TSA is now eating it’s own.  The article is seriously devoid of details.  This incident did not happen while on the job so it is only an honorable mention.

Why would I bother to mention it though?  Well it’s actually quite simple, the TSA constantly informs us how strict their screening process is and how we should trust their employees.

Yet time after time we see exactly the opposite is true.

This might very well be a full criminal count as it may have started as an illicit affair which the senior official then became worried about it becoming public, but that speculation and who really knows. 

What is known is that a senior TSA official, responsible for screening has been arrested in connection with the murder of one of his employees.

Does that sound like the type of person you want to allow into the details and personal areas of your life?  Remember he’s a senior official, not just a lowly peon.

Authorities said that the TSA officers — two in Florida and one in New York — were paid to help drug couriers move pills and the stacks of cash they generated through airport screening systems. One of the police officers — a Florida state trooper — took drug money to travel to Connecticut, where he provided "protection" to a courier selling thousands of pills to a dozen or more lower-level dealers, authorities said.

This isn’t the first time that government officials have aided in drug smuggling.  The mistake in this case though was not getting your parents permission first.  You might notice the above only lists 4 people, what about #5?

The dealer said he made payments totaling $20,000 to a Westchester County police officer assigned to the airport there in order to be permitted to carry — without being questioned — large quantities of cash back to Florida, according to a DEA affidavit.

Ahh, there he is.  Pay the top for to ignore the pills, bribe the last guy to ignore the cash.  Whenever you see drugs and money, odds are starting to look pretty good you might see someone there also getting paid by the taxpayer.

Just remember that TSA agent who’s violating your wife is probably also getting a kickback from some criminal to ignore the stuff he should be looking for.  The TSA has nothing to do with security or enforcing the law.  It has everything to do with obedience and doing what you’re told if you’re a law abiding sheep.

​“I don’t feel like I did anything wrong,” maintains Toussain Puddie, the 32-year-old former TSA screener who took home Rick Case’s pen and now faces grand-theft charges at the behest of Case and his family.

Basically the incident rolls like this.  TSA agent see’s pen.  TSA agent likes pen.  TSA agent now want’s pen and confiscates it.  TSA agent then takes pen home as his own personal property.

What kind of pen in question would he want to steal?  One of these.  The exact pen in question is valued at $450 dollars.

In this case he’s being held accountable, but only because the owner who’s property was stolen is wanting to press charges.  The bottom line is the TSA is nothing more than thieves and pilferers who prey upon those just trying to get from point a to b.
