Obviously according to our opponents this man is a racist.
Also came across this one via Joe.

I live in California which means I am living in prison.
Bill Quick – Comment at Gun Blogger Rendezvous
[The most common reply to someone at GBR when they say they’re from California is either “I’m sorry” or “My Condolences.” This comment was made while talking to a representative from the NRA when he was asking about what was on the horizon to help with the restrictions seen in places like California.
It is obvious that I’m around my kind of people. While we all recognize that we are winning and doing well, as Joe said yesterday, “We’re no where near done, we’ve barely gotten started and have a long way to go.” -B]
You know why officers would do something like that in New Jersey? Their odds of getting shot are quite low thanks to their gun control. Neither of these individuals were arrested or charged either. You’ll be glad to know though the city and the police department are picking up the costs for those officers actions.

Because cops should be able to kick down any door for any reason and beat the people inside.
So Joe and I got up yesterday morning and we got the AN quickly and were out of dodge by about 0710.
Notice how the bags fade off into the distance, yeah, there’s long row of them. We stopped for breakfast and hit the road. I must say Oregon is the most boring of the bunch, doubly so since they have a 55 MPH speed limit where 85 would actually make considerably more sense. How dully is it? I think I found a location where they could have staged the moon landings.
Yeah there’s a bit of stubble up close, but here’s another picture so you know I’m not kidding.
How’s that for lively scenery! We stopped for gas twice and got into Reno about 2000 last night. Chatted for a bit before we all decided we wanted to go comatose from traveling. Later today we get a guided tour of Cabela’s. So far only a few of us have showed up, more should be arriving today.
I hear the DNC had a video tribute to Ted Kennedy, the only politician with a confirmed kill in the War on Women.
Frank Fleming (@IMAO_) – Tweet (via Alan Gura)
[All I can think to add to this is, “That’s about par for the course.” I did make a tweet about the hypocrisy of the DNC requiring ID to get in, but you don’t need ID to vote. Someone replied saying the following:
I didn’t realize they needed photo ID before they searched you or your belongings for “security”. Sounds like a great excuse to keep out “undesirables.”
Joe and I were driving across Nevada as the thing went down though we were getting updates via Bitter and others. The feeling I got by the end was the hypocrisy coming from them was so thick it could have been granite by the time it was all over. -B]
He was released and here is the determination from the Judge:
(Emphasis mine.) Think about that for a second. These men unlawfully imprisoned an individual without due process and his only recourse is a civil suit. None of the individuals responsible for this will be held individually accountable. Instead the government taxpayer will pay for their mistake.
State Sponsored Criminal #403: The FBI, Secret Service, and Chesterfield County Police
Because when someone says something you don’t like and you’re in law enforcement, you have a free pass to throw them in jail, laws be damned.
They had a Katy Perry add below this video… Yeah, Advertising fail.
Saliva – Badass
The punishment of 3 years in prison I consider nothing more than a start. Total he made off with about $520 bucks and a GPS. What disturbs me about this though is what if a citizen had actually stood up to him. Legally the citizen had every right to and could have legally used force against the officer. In doing so he could have very likely been killed.
What happened here was the state gave this man a badge, a gun, and qualified immunity to protect him from his victims. His mistake was getting caught, even then he only get 3 years in prison. Accountable would have been 10 years, full restitution, and a financial penalty so severe he could never fully pay his debt.
State Sponsored Criminal #402: Jessie Alan Fuller
Because deprivation of rights under color of law isn’t that big of a deal right? What’s the worst that could have happened because of his actions?
