This is being put below the fold because of autoplay on the video linked to.

Now one could say the dog was coming at the officers, however given the rate at which officers have been committing puppycide and that they were arresting him for video taping them in a public place.  They wanted an excuse to shoot his dog.  The man wouldn’t be convicted in court, but by god they killed his dog and he would think twice before documenting police action again!

Because when someone films you doing your job and you’re a cop, arrest them and kill their dog.  The arrest won’t stick, but the dog being dead sure will.

SSCC Latah County

Cyber bullying is a serious concern among parents across the nation, but one Pullman woman said a local law enforcement agency bullied her brother on Facebook, and she said it contributed to his decision to commit suicide.

So it appears that the Latah County Sheriff’s office took to bullying a man through Facebook recently to harass and intimidate.  Now there are some questions, however even the the Sheriff himself stated the following:

In an official statement, Rausch said, "It has never been my policy to include editorializing in media releases pertaining to the location and apprehension of persons wanted by the court." Rausch also personally apologized to Smith.

So will any of the numerous laws that cover cyber bullying be invoked against the aggressor in this case?  No, he will just receive “additional training.”

Because it’s only harassment and intimidation when you don’t have a badge.

SSCC–Auburn Washington (My Home Town)

Former Auburn police officer John Michael Clemmons pleaded guilty in King County Superior Court Monday to assault for fondling a woman during a traffic stop.

Go read the account.  This pervert that received state protection and exemption.  Of course his fellow officers were there in a show of support, because heaven forbid they stand up for the people they’re sworn to protect when it’s their own abusing them.

Because when you’re a cop, you can cop a feel of whoever the hell you want and if they fight back it’s assaulting a police officer.

SSCC Honorable Mention Cherryville

The plea agreement was filed in U.S. District Court on Monday. Court documents allege Burgess embezzled more than $11,000 of city funds by forcing the Cherryville Finance Director, Bonny Alexander, to issue Cherryville city checks to "The Great Outdoors, Inc." for purchase of firearms for Burgess’ personal use.

Due to the fact that firearms are involved and this individual is claimed by those who would take away our rights as being “anointed” is only seems proper he makes the list.

Because when you’re a cop and work for the taxpayer, take their money and use it to buy toys that many claim you should have but the tax payer can’t.

SSCC #375: Update

William H. Smith, 43, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) – a 93-day misdemeanor – after he crashed his vehicle on July 7, 2012, in Chippewa County.

According to test results, Smith’s blood alcohol content was .13 at the time of his arrest compared to the .08 drunk driving standard.

William’s trial began Tuesday and concluded Thursday. The six-person jury deliberated on the misdemeanor charge for two hours before reaching Thursday’s verdict of not guilty.

It appears though that most likely he got away not because he wasn’t guilty, but because of the safeguards in the law for the innocent.  For you see his brothers in harms mishandled material and the process of getting the warrant so he could escape the first trial and it interjected reasonable doubt of the second.

Again, see the fact they had to get prosecutors from out of the county.  So don’t worry he’ll be back on the roads in no time in a tax payer funded vehicle.

Because when you drink and drive while you’re a cop in your own jurisdiction, you can rely on the fact that everyone you work with will protect you.

Here’s another bad one.  Be warned this is in the form of a Ohio Supreme court decision.  The good thing is the conviction was upheld but he wasn’t convicted of nearly enough.

Because the way to get laid when you’re a cop is to threaten a kid if he doesn’t confess you’ll send their mom to jail, then after coerce the mom for sex to get her innocent kid out.

SSCC West Palm Beach

A West Palm Beach Police officer was arrested early this morning on a domestic battery charge.

Patrol officer Francisco A. Maldonado, 28, was arrested by Greenacres police and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 8:20 a.m.

He was released was released this afternoon from the Palm Beach County Jail on his own recognizance, an employee in the jail’s inmate records division said.

Best part is, he walked out of jail and right straight into work!

City spokesman Elliot Cohen said Maldonado has since been placed on desk duty.

And remember, he gets to continue having a firearm because he’s special while anyone else charged with the same crime would have his rights suspended without conviction.
