Good on this young man for telling that officer in polite way to foxtrot oscar mike.  Now while the supervisor sent him on his way after he showed up, there will be no punishment or reprimand given to this over zealous officer for his transgressions.

His assumption was that oh you have a gun so all your rights are hereby surrendered.  Listen here sparky, that’s not the way it works, nor should it work that way.

Since I know you won’t be punished for your decisions that day, you make the count.  Lack of being held accountable is like quietly stating, “it’s OK unless you come across one who knows his rights.”

Get a different job there officer McDonald, because you suck at this one.

The man shot and killed by a California Highway Patrol officer on Interstate 10 one month ago today was not armed, investigators told The Desert Sun on Wednesday.

The man wrecked his truck and the cause of the crash has not been disclosed.  CHP officers were cleared, which is disturbing.  Do officers have a right to go home at the end of the shift?  Yes, know who has more of a right though?  A unarmed man who presented no actual threat. 

In this case that individual had his right to life terminated without due process because some officers were ready to jump the gun.  From the information presented there wasn’t any evidence for them to assume the man was violent.  They approached him, something happened, and apparently he reached for a lighter.  I have a feeling that the words to stop came after they had ventilated him.  I’m also sure they took their time in ordering an ambulance, you know to secure the  scene and protect the paramedics.

A potentiality is not an actuality.  These officers acted under the assumption of a potentiality and killed an unarmed man.  They got away with it too.

It is also telling at the investigation was done internally instead of by an independent third party.  It couldn’t be they’re trying to protect their own could it?

Because when you shoot and kill someone, you don’t need to provide justification for the use of force to the public.  You just do it all behind closed doors so it can be justified without question.

The district attorney is considering criminal charges against a Dallas County sheriff’s deputy who resigned last week.

The Dallas Sheriff’s Department is reeling because Deputy James Yarbrough potentially put his fellow SWAT officers in grave danger when he told a man that they were coming to his business with a warrant.

So if you or I had discovered a raid was about to happen to a friend and we called to warn them, would the DA only be “considering” charges in that case? 

Yeah I don’t think so either.

SSCC #350 & #351–Clayton County

The Clayton County sheriff has hired two of the former Atlanta Police Department officers who were fired in the aftermath and investigations of the botched and unconstitutional Eagle raid, according to a report by WSB TV.

The city had to settle the suit for over $1 million dollars.  That’s right those two individuals cost the city $1 million in tax payer funds* and they are now employed some place else to repeat the process.

It is not as if there wasn’t cause to fire them either:

Adams and Mayes tried to get their jobs back with the APD by appealing to the city’s Civil Service Board but the three-board panel upheld the firings in both cases.

But evidently the County sheriff feels that those are the type of men he wants around his citizens.

Because when you lie and violate the rights of citizens that is perfectly acceptable for you to go work some place else.  It’s not like someone who exercises bad judgment should get a job in a different line of work.

*I realize that while tax payers foot the bill, ultimately it’s the insurance company paying out.  What the taxpayers will foot is the increased rates because of their actions.  In the end that actually has the potential to cost the public more than just the payout.

Former Seminole police officer Ronald Baker was sentenced Friday to life in prison for repeatedly molesting an underage female relative at his Sunrise home, taking pictures of the girl in compromising positions and storing those pictures on his home computer.

Honestly this one’s hard to actually say he’s really been held accountable as long as he’s still breathing.  However it is a nice start and if they put him in with the general population he would be on his way to finding out what it’s like to be on the receiving end.

Ronald Baker, may never know the benefit and safety solitary confinement would give you.

Once is happenstance, twice is coincidence, three or more times is enemy action.  Well folks, here’s number three all within a week!

A former Kansas police officer and school board member has pleaded no contest in federal court to attempting to entice a minor for illicit sex.

But he was just a school board member I hear you cry, but wait there’s more.

Duncan was the Lansing, Kan., department’s “Officer of the Year” in 2008 and had served as a DARE officer and coordinator of the Safe Kids program. 

Yet again a predator sat in plain view of the public, put there in a professional capacity to protect them, to find his prey amongst his intended victims.  While he may be getting a severe punishment, the fact of the matter remains that the government has created these types of opportunities for predators.

Because predators are wolves and their goal is to not be seen by either their prey, or predators who would protect the prey.  The best option is to appear to be the predator protecting the prey who’s really eating the prey.

It appears our shooter had family working for the county. This prevented the local sheriff from prosecuting this nutjob over multiple death threats he’d made, each of which would have made it illegal for him to buy guns. – The Inconvenience

Apparently, the Pima County Sheriff knew about death threats from the shooter but didn’t do anything about them because a family member of Jared Loughner works for the county.

Sheriff Clarence Dupnik has been dancing in the blood of the victims and blaming Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and the Tea Party movement, along with others, for the tragedy that took place in Tucson, Arizona on January 8th.  He knew full well that Loughner was very unstable, yet did nothing about it.

They had a police escort for this? If that doesn’t show how corrupt the system is, you are obviously blinder than a bat! Anyone who thinks this is acceptable, proper, or legal behavior, I suggest a serious check of your moral values. The local police refused to help due to fear of inciting a riot, plus they had the backup of out of jurisdiction thugs in uniform. May the organizers start randomly disappearing. This is the definition of terrorism, they are using terror to intimidate and get their way.

My favorite thing though is that the victim was a lifelong democrat. There’s a reason I’m using was, who would want to remain associated or supportive of the liberal thugs after doing that to your 14 year old son?
