I Don’t Think He’d Like How That Would Go Down…

Is this an open invitation to start doing what many others have been thinking?

“It’s not really up to the Supreme Court to second-guess the legitimate decision made by the elected representatives of the people, and if people want to change that law, they can do so by changing the legislators,” he said.

You know, I tried to change the legislator by the ballot box and soap box.  Are you saying I can remove a tyrant by any means necessary?

Seriously this doesn’t surprise me, it’s been the mortis operandi of the left for a very long time.  They don’t want a constitutional republic, they want a de facto democracy which they would twist into a dictatorship.  You see the law only applies to thee, not to me, in their own eyes.  The whole point of the system is that they must act within the law, and that includes only doing things they have the legal power to do.

They cannot just magically change the law to grant them new abilities and powers and it is the role of the Courts to restrain abuse by legislation.

If Representative Gerry Connolly would really like to retire the judicial branch.  I’m more than happy to take over the role of providing a check and balance.  A word of warning though, in such a case it would define him as a domestic enemy given his willful a wanton disrespect for the Constitution he has sworn to uphold and defend.  That clearly defines him as a domestic enemy.

If we take his want and claim as stated lets examine the following.  If the legislators can write laws as they see fit, and the courts cannot do anything about it, does that mean that congress could write a law repeating a US internment.? Not only could they, but it would be legal because they could replace the legislators who imprisoned them.  Oh wait, how would they be able to vote them out?

Listen here sparky, you might want to shut your mouth, because honestly it’s obvious exactly what you are and what needs to be done with rabid animals like you.  It’s just saying so would be considered a threat or some such.  I love this country more than anything and you sir are exactly what’s wrong with it.  I hope to solve the problem though the Soap and Ballot Box as I am currently trying to do currently.  There’s one last box remaining that exists for when all else has failed.

This also ignores the fact that if republicans controlled both house and senate along with the executive branch he would be clamoring how the courts are saving America.

Quote of the Day–Joe Huffman (06/19/2012)

What is extraordinary here is that Issa didn’t have Federal Marshalls rip his jacket and shirt off, tie him face down on the table, stuff a copy of the subpoena in his mouth, give him 30 lashes with a bull whip, then tell him there would a whipping every day at 9:00 AM until he fully complied or his flesh had been stripped off and his bones were polished clean.

Joe HuffmanExtraordinary Offer

June 19th, 2012

[Personally I think Joe’s response would have been way too kind.  Give me a bucket, a rat, and a blow torch.  Some assembly required.  If you don’t know how it works, don’t worry about it, it prevents you from knowing how mean, evil, and sadistic my mind can be towards those who willingly endanger my friends and family in the name of destroying my rights.*

Don’t worry Joe, it’s not cruel or unusual.  At the time the Bill of Rights was written lashing was still a standard punishment on the high seas.  In fact so was keelhauling which I think would also be a fantastic venture for Mr. Holder. –B]

*In my defense, I would feel bad for the rat.

SSCC #339–Denver

He wore a badge and a gun. And when the Denver police officer demanded sex in the front seat of his squad car two years ago, according to Valerie Arend, she felt she had to comply with his demands.

Yeah, go read the story.  Sounds like a class A character right there.  She had every reason to be afraid, our sworn officers of the law get preferential treatment.  Don’t believe me, resist an unlawful arrest as you’re legally allowed to do and tell me how that ends up.

She could have used force to resist but his buddies who arrive on scene are going to pummel her face and no one will believe her.

Great how the system works isn’t it?

Because citizens should have the deck stacked against them so an officer always has the benefit of the doubt, no matter what he does.

SSCC #338–Duval County

Federal prosecutors say Duval County Sheriff’s deputy Ruben Silva took $5,000 in payment and planned to smuggle cocaine in his sheriff’s department vehicle from the Rio Grande Valley north through the Border Patrol inland checkpoint. He was arrested Thursday.

Yup, the “War on Nouns”, it’s nothing but a giant ploy so the government can create it’s own monopoly.  Prohibitions fail, period.  The “War on Drugs” just means that the smugglers who go and work for the state get preferential treatment and can do the inside jobs.

They only reason he’s facing punishment is because the DEA and ATF still have a black eye from fast and furious.  Besides, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen someone doing an inside job like this.

Because you’ve been sworn to enforcing the law, means you can enforce it against others while breaking it yourself to make some money on the side.

SSCC #337 – TSA

You would think that given all the previous incidents of child molestation by the TSA would mean they would filter this guy out.

Until 2002, Harkins was a Catholic priest working at churches across
South Jersey. But the Diocese of Camden removed him from ministry
because it found he sexually abused two young girls. Now, in a new
lawsuit, a third woman is claiming she also is one of Harkins’ victims.

Evidently not.

The security checkpoint between Terminals D and E is a busy place where
thousands of people – including lots of kids – pass through every day.
But you might not believe who the I-Team observed working as a TSA
supervisor at that checkpoint this week: Thomas Harkins.

That’s right folks.  He was hired by the TSA and given free reign to molest your little daughters without legal recourse.  Is anyone though not surprised by this?  This to me is expected.

Because when the church kicks you out for molesting little girls, go talk to your Uncle Sam.  After he puts his hands in your pocket you can put your hands in that little girls pocket!

SSCC Honorable Mention – Dallas

Here’s the static link to the video in case embedding didn’t work.

Obviously this guy felt that rules were for everyone else and not him.  Thankfully no one was injured and this is yet another example to add to my anointed class post

Since he didn’t identify as an officer and he’s currently facing charges I’m putting this as an honorable mention.

A Note for CSGV, Here’s What PSH Gets the Public (SSCC #336)

Someone on their way to work induced someone in the greater Boston area to go into a fit of PSH recently.

What people inside didn’t know–Brockton police had just received a
911 call–reporting a man with a gun walking toward the store.

911 caller: “And he’s got a gun in his back pocket, so I don’t know what’s up with that.”

911 Operator: What’s he look like?

Caller: He’s black, he has a red shirt on, and like tan pants.

So we have someone turning their pants brown on account of someone walking towards a store with a “gun” in their pocket.  So what happens to the store employees that don’t actually match the description?

Watch: the man police confront in the red shirt and black pants is Bill Ceneus, a 10 year employee of Save-a-lot.

You can see one officer wraps his arms around Ceneus, lifts him up, and within seconds, he’s on the floor.

Ceneus
is handcuffed and searched by three officers. No weapon is found…

Well I guess it’s a good thing the officers didn’t just shoot him.  But it begs the question, where’s the guy with the tan pants, since you know the officer is obviously color blind.

So
where’s the guy the 911 caller saw with a gun? While Ceneus sits in
handcuffs, another store camera shows police confronting a different
store employee–wearing a red shirt and tan pants. He’s in the produce
section –and as he shows them, he has a pricing gun. The police report
says that’s what “was mistaken for a firearm.”

Lets see here, the caller induced himself into a rage of PSH over what he thought was a gun.  The end result, one man physically assaulted and another detained and harassed.  The result of the physical assault is now a lawsuit whereby the taxpayers are going to pay out*.

The public at large, especially those who go into PSH over the sight of a firearm are not able to accurately separate real firearms from fake.  Take this (the call was for a man with an AK-47 mind you), this and this for other examples.  There are numerous other examples but those drive the point home.

There is a cure to the cause of PSH though.

State Sponsored Criminal #336: John Doe

*I am including this in the criminal count.  It was an unnecessary assault based on the ramblings of a panicking individual which the officer couldn’t be bothered to see he didn’t match the description or the fact red was a store uniform.  Doubly so since the report differs from witness statements and video as to their justification for force.

SSCC #335–TSA

This one is just all sorts of fail.   The article leads off with this.

A security supervisor at Newark Liberty International Airport accused of stealing the identity of a murdered Queens man two decades ago began using the victim’s identification three weeks before he was killed, officials said today.

To which I said, well he hadn’t done anything illegal until after hiring maybe?  Nah I didn’t really think that, though the following did actually surprise me.

The supervisor, Bimbo Olumuyiwa Oyewole, 55, of Elizabeth, a Nigerian immigrant living in the United States illegally, is accused of using the birth certificate and Social Security number for Jerry Thompson, who was shot and killed in Queens on July 20, 1992.

Emphasis mine.  That’s right folks, our fearless leaders in the department of homeland security who claim to be doing everything in their power to protect us from those dangerous terrorists couldn’t even find someone using the identity of a dead man.  They couldn’t find someone who was violating the law and walked up to them and asked for a job.  It almost makes you think that they don’t bother vetting these miscreants before letting them rape and pillage the populace.

Oh wait, they don’t.  That’s why you have pedophiles working for them.  That’s why you have thieves working for them.  It is where criminals go to have the state protect them.

State Sponsored Criminal Count #335: Bimbo Olumuyiwa Oyewole
