SSCC #525-#527: Dallas

Worthy of note is the individual with a previous record. Evidently that wasn’t a clue.

Because by all means officers of the law should break the law when serving in the primary institution created to punish those who break the law.

SSCC #524 – Bozeman

A judge has found Bozeman police intentionally erased a portion of an audio recording made during a welfare check on a man who claims officers used excessive force against him.

This is unsurprising and it’s disturbing that there are some places that still don’t have dashboard cameras even with brand new police cars.  Why would anyone not want evidence that can be used to prove you did the right thing?  Unless of course you so regularly abuse your authority you’re afraid of being  caught.

State Sponsored Criminal #524: John Doe

Because when you abuse someone’s rights and try to hide it, it should just be your word against theirs right?

SSCC #522 – Box Elder County

A former Box Elder County sheriff’s deputy accused of sexually assaulting women during a series of traffic stops has reached a plea agreement that could land him in state prison for up to five years.

Scott Womack, 37, reached a deal in 1st District Court in which he will plead no contest to one count of custodial sexual misconduct, a third-degree felony, and two counts of attempted custodial misconduct, class A misdemeanors, according to court records.

They dropped 9 additional charges including unlawful detention.  The whole incident overall is very disturbing, especially since the incidents go all the way back to October 2010.

Remember though, many claim that the police should be given a monopoly on force because they are somehow anointed and worthy of magical trust.  I’ve got more to add on that but I’m still letting my anger subside.

Because when you pull over a hot chick, make her strip for you, you’re a cop right you just need to make up an excuse.

SSCC #520 – Auburn

This one is right out of my home town growing up.

An Auburn police officer is under investigation for allegedly groping a pregnant and handcuffed woman.

Currently the officer is on vacation paid administrative leave and is being investigated by the Puyallup police department.  Most disturbing was this:

“He asked, like, three different times if he could come inside,” Thomspson said.

Excuse me officer, why would you ask that question once, much less three times.  Were you hoping she would give you coffee after assaulting her under color of law?

State Sponsored Criminal #520: Officer John Doe

Because when you see a hot chick leave a bar and you want to cop a feel, you can just make it happen.

SSCC #519 – Minneapolis

A Minneapolis police officer is in jail after his arrest for allegedly having off-duty sexual encounters with several girls between the ages of 12 and 14, according to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators from the Brooklyn Center Police Department were alerted that Bradley Schnickel, 32, used social media to contact a female and sent inappropriate messages to her. The investigation widened and multiple possible female victims were identified, authorities said. Cmdr. Paul Sommer of the Sheriff’s Office declined to provide a number.

Remember though, those in law enforcement should be given a monopoly on force.  They are anointed and could do no wrong against the rest of the public.

As usual he’s on paid administrative leave but given the number of officers who have done this while working as school resource officers, he’s on the count.

State Sponsored Criminal #519: Bradley Schnickel

Because a position of trust is so easy to use to manipulate people who are young and naive, especially when that position is instructed by many to be obeyed without question.

SSCC #518 – LAPD

Two women who were shot by Los Angeles police in Torrance early Thursday during a massive manhunt for an ex-LAPD officer were delivering newspapers, sources said.

Tell me, if someone threatened me and I opened fire on a car full of innocent people where would I be right now?  These officers will not be punished despite their gross negligence of firing into a truck that was the wrong color to boot.

Of note though look at how the actions of a single man have put one of the largest police forces in the country on its toes.  Tell me, how is it going to work attempting to confiscate guns from a bunch of people who don’t want them confiscated?

State Sponsored Criminal #518: The Entire LAPD

Because when some nut job is threatening you, you can shoot whoever the hell you want without any restraint.  You’re in fear for your life right?*

*Yeah that excuse doesn’t work for the rest of us so why does it all the sudden work here?

SSCC #517–San Luis Obispo

A detective with the San Luis Obispo Police Department was arrested Tuesday by FBI agents after being charged in a bribery scheme in which he allegedly took cash and drugs from two people.

The money shot for why this one made the count quite simply speaks for itself.

The complaint alleges that Pierce used his position as a police officer to influence one of the witness’s probation officers to perform little or no supervision of him and informed him that he could “work off” his heroin possession charge by cooperating with Pierce. The complaint goes on to allege that Pierce informed the cooperating witnesses about ongoing police investigations, including where best to purchase narcotics and which drug houses to stay away from, so that they would not be caught in the act of buying.

Nice huh?  Wonder what would happen to any  of the rest of us how behaved like that and didn’t have a badge.

State Sponsored Criminal #517: Cory Pierce

Because when you create an informant you can manipulate them however you like, including getting them to score you money and drugs.

SSCC Honorable Mention – Miami

Remember, just call 911 and the police will be on their way to save you.

So tell me, do you still want to trust the police to save your life when seconds count?  He’s being paid by the public to perform his duties and does nothing.  Now remember the state is protected from such negligence as this since the police have no duty to respond, see Warren v. District of Columbia.

When someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night, which do you want?

  1. To call 911 and pray they arrive in time to stop the criminal aggressors.
  2. A method to quickly and easily defend yourself at a distance minimizing risk to yourself and family.

There are those currently in the government that want to remove that second option.

State Sponsored Criminals: Dario Socarras, Jennifer Gonzalez, and Jose Huerta

Because when seconds count, those charged and paid to help the public would rather drink coffee and ignore their duty.  It’s not fraud when you’re lying and getting paid for what you lied about right?
