SSCC #550 – Lloyd

Sean McCutcheon, the resource officer who fired a shot from his service weapon in a hallway at Highland High School, has resigned from the Lloyd Police Department after an investigation concluded the incident, though unintentional, was due to “officer error,” the department said on Friday.

First, that’s what happens when you finger !@#$ your weapon!  Seriously folks, just leave it in the holster, that’s where it belongs until you need it.  If you pull it out to clean it, by all freaking means strictly adhere to the 4 rules and remember the 5th too.

That said, tell me, in the land of the new SAFE Act, why is it these morons, who don’t even know how to use their weapons, be allowed rights that they then deny to their citizens?  Further, if any citizen had a ND in that type of location where it was the fault of the user, I am confident there would be some sort of charges pressed against the individual.

Remember though that these people are highly trained and would never take a weapon into the field they’ve never test fired or zeroed.

State Sponsored Criminal #550: Sean McCutcheon

Because when a cop finger !@#$s a weapon, he needs a slap on the wrist.  When a peon does it, hang him out to dry and use it to trample the rights of others.

SSCC #549 – Chicago

Chicago police shot a store owner 11 times after armed gunmen robbed him, then handcuffed him to his hospital bed and harassed him to cover up their “gross misconduct,” the businessman claims in court.

No wonder the power that be are fighting so hard to keep their peasants disarmed.  With negligence like that it’s no wonder they hate the idea of their constituents being armed.  Especially with this follow on:

“Plaintiff was shot and seriously wounded with 11 bullets to his hands, shoulder, legs, and hips. One bullet almost his plaintiff’s head but it passed by plaintiff’s head and hit the cash register. Plaintiff was bleeding profusely. Aruri was very scared and thought that plaintiff would die. Aruri ran to get something to wrap plaintiff’s leg because it was shooting blood everywhere. The police ran into the store and the plaintiff lying down in a pool of blood asked them, in an extremely weak state, why they shot the owner. The police did not answer, did [not] give any care, and they stopped Aruri from even touching Abdelal and providing care.

Yup, shoot an innocent and then refuse to allow them immediate treatment.  Don’t worry though, it wont be those responsible who pay, it will be the tax payers of Chicago.

State Sponsored Criminal #549: The Chicago PD

Because when you shoot an innocent, notify your department and have their detectives harass and intimidate the victim in the hospital.  Remember you’re the cop and you’re invincible.

SSCC #548 – Las Vegas

An officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is now on paid administrative leave, after being recorded during a traffic stop.

The YouTube video, which has gotten thousands of views, shows the officer react angrily after rear-ending a motorcycle. It happened near Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane.

Below is the video of the incident.

I’m sure that officer and Officer Roid Rage would get along great.  Mr. Officer, you were following too closely if you couldn’t stop before hitting the bike.  Maybe next time you should respect the dangers that riders have from cagers like you.*

State Sponsored Criminal #548: John Doe

Because when you’re a cop and following too closely and it results in an accident, blame the guy in front who was trying to not be run over.

*It’s the behavior of cagers that really makes me not want to ride motorcycles.

SSCC #541 – Markham

Just a month after a bank robber compared him to the corrupt cop played by Denzel Washington in the movie “Training Day,” Markham’s former deputy police chief has been accused by the feds of sexual abuse.

But the attorney representing controversial cop Tony DeBois says the charge smells like political payback from dirty officers DeBois blew the whistle on.

With that second section I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.  Then I saw the following.

During a 17-year law enforcement career with the Chicago Housing Authority police, Harvey Police and Markham, he has been named in at least 15 civil lawsuits that allege he used excessive force or illegal means while on the job. Many have been settled.

Where I’m from we call that type of record a clue.  It’s been shown over and over again that rarely are offenders like this one off instances.  They show a long pattern of abuse.

State Sponsored Criminal #541: Deputy Police Chief Tony DeBois

Because when someone keeps having charges filed against him alleging abuse and resulting in settlements costing taxpayers dollars, that means the tax payers are just getting their due.

SSCC #535: Philadelphia

A judge says a veteran cop is not guilty of punching a woman in the face after last year’s Puerto Rican Day parade in Philadelphia. The incident was caught on video and seen around the world.

Here’s video of the incident:

I cannot believe any judge would truthfully consider that lawful behavior.  As usual the system is merely protecting it’s own.

State Sponsored Criminal #535: Jonathan Josey

Because by all means assault a woman for no real reason when there are other options of force available, doubly so given the number of officers around.

SSCC #534 – LAPD

Los Angeles police officers bought and sold guns from the police armory for profit, and told the lieutenant in charge of the armory to “watch his back” after he reported it, the 25-year LAPD veteran claims in court.

So the people of the state of California are screwed and stuck with a bullet button and magazine capacity limits, yet look at the behavior of the police forces.

Remember according to our overlords we should surrender our “unnecessary personal pleasures” for the betterment of the state.  Yeah lady and you should surrender your unnecessary personal pleasure of opening your fat mouth for the betterment of the rights of Americans.

To refer to the right to keep an bear arms as an unnecessary personal pleasure is to trivialize the significance of the right.  Being able to shoot your assailant  stop your rapist, and otherwise defend yourself is an “unnecessary personal pleasure”.  Which in her eyes might be true since the American people probably pay for her own armed security detail.

State Sponsored Criminal #534: LAPD

Because there are the laws for “our betters” and their servants and then there are the laws to enslave the rest of us.

SSCC #533 – New Orleans

“We were just sitting there laughing and out of nowhere, I saw two guys grab Ferd,” says Newman.

“All of a sudden, I’m on the wall. A whole bunch of people just came up and threw me up against the wall,” says Hunt.

Those people were plain clothes law enforcement officers, nine of them State Troopers and one NOPD officer.  The two young men were taken down to the ground.

The officers made a mistake with their choice of victims.  Their mother, who had just gone to get them something to eat was a uniformed officer.

I don’t trust NOPD at all.

State Sponsored Criminal #533: John Doe

Because when you’re a cop you can assault whoever the hell  you want and get away with it.  If it ends up being another cops kid, just claim they were interfering with the “investigation”.

SSCC #529 – Frederick County

Disturbing barely begins to describe this incident.

Bailey says he died after resisting arrest by three deputies at a Frederick movie theater. An employee had called police because Saylor wouldn’t leave his seat after a movie.

Bailey says Saylor cursed at the deputies. She says he became medically distressed while they were escorting him in handcuffs from the theater.

The victim in question had down syndrome.  Instead of using their brains, they immediately resorted to force and killed a mentally disabled man, in this case over the price of a movie ticket.

Have no fear though folks because this is how the department is handling the situation.

Meanwhile, all three deputies remain on regular duty.

I’m reminded of this particular incident out of Spokane.  Not to mention this incident where  police assaulted a mentally handicapped boy while ignoring the statements of both the parents and neighbors.

Here comes the problem.  At what point should you intervene if you see something like this happening?  Many would say, “Not my problem” and you’re inviting a legal battle against you, but at the same time we should work to protect the weakest in society, especially from the current thugs that seem to take pleasure and joy in killing them for sport with government protection.*  That’s why they’re working so hard to kill their hesitation right?  With officers like these fine people here not to mention others like this, it’s no wonder the State of Maryland is fighting so hard to keep it’s citizens from actually being able to get concealed weapons permits.

State Sponsored Criminal #529: The Frederick County Police Department

Because by all means use force in such a manner as to cause the death of someone over a nothing more than a movie ticket.

*If they weren’t taking pleasure and joy in it, they would be in jail awaiting trial at a minimum of manslaughter if not murder.  Not to mention they would be permanently fired from their jobs.
