SSCC #536 – St. Louis

Suspended St. Louis Patrolman Charles Proctor disgraced the department and should be fired for striking a man with a baton, choking him and slamming his head into the bumper of a squad car outside the Lumière Place Casino last summer, a police department lawyer said Monday.

Evidently the department is looking at reinstating this officer like Officer Harless was.  To compound issues the officer was arrested for assault but the local prosecutor refused to file charges against him.

Bad news is for the Officer, the whole incident was caught on video… Maybe that’s why corrupt cops hate video so damn much, it doesn’t lie.

That’s not to say the victim in this case is a shining example of innocence.  But it is another example of an officer not controlling his monster and letting it get the best of him.

There are many other officers who do and he has no business with that kind of authority without self-control.

State Sponsored Criminal #536: Charles Proctor

Because when the guy really pisses you off, just choke him with your night stick and smash his head into the bumper of your car.  You’ll feel better after and that’s what matters right?

SSCC #535: Philadelphia

A judge says a veteran cop is not guilty of punching a woman in the face after last year’s Puerto Rican Day parade in Philadelphia. The incident was caught on video and seen around the world.

Here’s video of the incident:

I cannot believe any judge would truthfully consider that lawful behavior.  As usual the system is merely protecting it’s own.

State Sponsored Criminal #535: Jonathan Josey

Because by all means assault a woman for no real reason when there are other options of force available, doubly so given the number of officers around.

SSCC #534 – LAPD

Los Angeles police officers bought and sold guns from the police armory for profit, and told the lieutenant in charge of the armory to “watch his back” after he reported it, the 25-year LAPD veteran claims in court.

So the people of the state of California are screwed and stuck with a bullet button and magazine capacity limits, yet look at the behavior of the police forces.

Remember according to our overlords we should surrender our “unnecessary personal pleasures” for the betterment of the state.  Yeah lady and you should surrender your unnecessary personal pleasure of opening your fat mouth for the betterment of the rights of Americans.

To refer to the right to keep an bear arms as an unnecessary personal pleasure is to trivialize the significance of the right.  Being able to shoot your assailant  stop your rapist, and otherwise defend yourself is an “unnecessary personal pleasure”.  Which in her eyes might be true since the American people probably pay for her own armed security detail.

State Sponsored Criminal #534: LAPD

Because there are the laws for “our betters” and their servants and then there are the laws to enslave the rest of us.

SSCC #533 – New Orleans

“We were just sitting there laughing and out of nowhere, I saw two guys grab Ferd,” says Newman.

“All of a sudden, I’m on the wall. A whole bunch of people just came up and threw me up against the wall,” says Hunt.

Those people were plain clothes law enforcement officers, nine of them State Troopers and one NOPD officer.  The two young men were taken down to the ground.

The officers made a mistake with their choice of victims.  Their mother, who had just gone to get them something to eat was a uniformed officer.

I don’t trust NOPD at all.

State Sponsored Criminal #533: John Doe

Because when you’re a cop you can assault whoever the hell  you want and get away with it.  If it ends up being another cops kid, just claim they were interfering with the “investigation”.

SSCC #532 – Houston

A Houston police officer is accused of telling two women, including an undercover HPD investigator, he would tear up their traffic tickets in exchange for sexual favors.

This wasn’t a one time deal either.  One of the victims reported it and then he did it to and undercover detective in a sting.

How many women were duped by this pig.  Hopefully not many.

State Sponsored Criminal #532: Victor Chris

Because by all means use your position of authority to intimidate women into giving you “favors”.

SSCC #531 – Albemarle County

A former local fourth-grade teacher and police officer will spend three years in prison for possessing child pornography, an Albemarle County circuit judge ruled Tuesday.

Both a teacher and a cop.  Often people talk as if bad things just can’t happen because we’ve done X or Y to prevent it.  The thing is, X or Y lowers the statistical likelihood but it never actually reaches 0.

He’s getting 2 10 year sentences, the majority of which is suspended.  Must be for all the good he did in the community.  Especially since some of the counts went all the way back to the 80’s.  While he wasn’t an active police officer, the counts appear to have started while he was a teach and an officer.

State Sponsored Criminal #531: Charles Farrell

Because some times just being a teacher isn’t enough, you just need that badge for an extra bit of authority.

*Odd, this was supposed to post yesterday but didn’t.

SSCC #530–Brooklyn

MICHAEL JACCARINO, THE BOOZY BROOKLYN PROSECUTOR who nearly killed an FDNY EMT last November was sentenced to 10 grueling days of community service yesterday (Wednesday) after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor reckless assault charge for assaulting EMT Theresa Soler in the back of an ambulance while she was attempting to treat him.  At a pre-settled plea bargaining agreement, the sentencing hearing yesterday was perfunctory as the judge ordered Jaccarino to perform the community service, complete an alcohol program and submit a dna sample.

Ambulance Driver puts it better than I possibly could.

State Sponsored Criminal #530: Michael Jaccarino

Because when you’re a member of the state and a prosecutor, you can do whatever the hell you want to whoever the hell you want and overall, no one is really going to stop you.*

*No wonder the legislators and law-enforcement of New York want to disarm it’s citizens.

SSCC #529 – Frederick County

Disturbing barely begins to describe this incident.

Bailey says he died after resisting arrest by three deputies at a Frederick movie theater. An employee had called police because Saylor wouldn’t leave his seat after a movie.

Bailey says Saylor cursed at the deputies. She says he became medically distressed while they were escorting him in handcuffs from the theater.

The victim in question had down syndrome.  Instead of using their brains, they immediately resorted to force and killed a mentally disabled man, in this case over the price of a movie ticket.

Have no fear though folks because this is how the department is handling the situation.

Meanwhile, all three deputies remain on regular duty.

I’m reminded of this particular incident out of Spokane.  Not to mention this incident where  police assaulted a mentally handicapped boy while ignoring the statements of both the parents and neighbors.

Here comes the problem.  At what point should you intervene if you see something like this happening?  Many would say, “Not my problem” and you’re inviting a legal battle against you, but at the same time we should work to protect the weakest in society, especially from the current thugs that seem to take pleasure and joy in killing them for sport with government protection.*  That’s why they’re working so hard to kill their hesitation right?  With officers like these fine people here not to mention others like this, it’s no wonder the State of Maryland is fighting so hard to keep it’s citizens from actually being able to get concealed weapons permits.

State Sponsored Criminal #529: The Frederick County Police Department

Because by all means use force in such a manner as to cause the death of someone over a nothing more than a movie ticket.

*If they weren’t taking pleasure and joy in it, they would be in jail awaiting trial at a minimum of manslaughter if not murder.  Not to mention they would be permanently fired from their jobs.
